1. Where are my garments made?
All of our products are made in the United Kingdom.
2. Is production ethical?
We invest significant time into building strong relationships with our seamstresses and factories. We conduct regular visits to ensure production takes place in ethical conditions and we believe this hands-on approach is the most appropriate test.
3. Can I get a regular size?
Yes. We offer standard sizes in addition to made to measure items. Let us know during your design consultation and we will be happy to help.
4. How long will it take to get my outfit? Why does it take so long?
We try to ensure our items reach you within 2 - 6 weeks. The timeframe is dependant upon the complexity of your design and stock availability of fabrics. If your fabric is out of stock, we will suggest another fabric or inform you of the additional time required.
5. Do you have a shop or store?
No. We are an online store. We can travel or meet with you within zone 1 London.
6. What if my outfit does not fit when I receive it?
We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your final outfit. We offer one adjustment within your garment price so if it does not fit the first time round, we will readjust. We regret to inform that an additional fee will be charged to readjust outfits due to weight changes.
7. Can I return my item?
As our items are all created bespoke and made to measure, we cannot offer refunds.
8. Can you help me upcycle my existing clothes?
YES! We love redesigning tired clothes and helping to reduce clothes wastage. If there is something you want to update or are not sure you can salvage, get in touch and we would love to help. Did you know we also donate clothes to charity? Skip below to find out more.
9. Do you work with any charities?
Yes. If you have any clothes that you no longer wear or if your clothes are looking rather tired, please feel free to contact us and we will upcycle and donate to one of our partner charities. Contact us to find out more!
10. Do you cater to customers looking for maternity clothing?
Yes. We are passionate about making women feel confident and comfortable at all stages of life. We would love to create your bespoke maternity outfits. Contact us for a design consultation so we can create the outfit of your dreams.
11. Where can I find your pricing?
Our pricing is bespoke as is our clothing. The complexity of design and type of fabric widely affects the price. Our business was created for women looking to create bespoke clothing that does not break the bank. Our average pricing starts at £150 + VAT for a dress.
12. Where can I find a selection of your fabrics?
Contact us and we will be happy to discuss the type of fabric that is appropriate for your outfit. We can also send you samples via email based on colour, or can mail these to you for a small charge (£2).
13. I cannot measure myself. What do I do?
No problem! If you live in zone 1 London, we can arrange for somebody to visit your address and take your body measurements for a small fee. Alternatively, we can send you a ‘how to take body measurements’ video or arrange for a skype/telephone call so one of our design consultants can instruct and walk you through the body measurement process.
14. I can take my own measurements but do not have a measuring tape. Can you send me tape?
Yes! For £1, we can send you measuring tape in the post. Just select the relevant option when arranging to make your outfit on the website or drop us an email.
